    I created The WELLTHY Method at a point in my life when I needed support the most. As a lifelong athlete I felt the importance of finding balance for myself as I made the transition from competitive athlete to nutritionist and trainer. I found it to be a really hard transition due to the excess information about living a ‘healthy lifestyle’. My competitive spirit and pursuit of wellness allowed me to dive into every aspect of health, wellness and nutrition and transform it into a passion that has helped hundreds of women regain their confidence and strength.     Do I need equipment for the workouts?
    Minimal equipment is recommended. Varying weights of dumbbells, resistance bands and a mat will elevate your experience, but the workouts can be modified if you only have one set of weights or bodyweight.     How long are the workouts?
    Each workout ranges from 12 to 40 minutes, with most falling between 25–35 minutes. Every session is designed to fit seamlessly into a busy schedule while still creating real, noticeable results.

    Yes—this reset is accessible for beginners and challenging for more advanced clients. Each workout can be modified to match your fitness level, and the daily habits are designed to meet you wherever you are.
    Do I need to follow a meal plan?
    No formal meal plan is required. Instead, you’ll receive recipe inspiration, templates, and protein/fiber-focused guides that give you flexibility to eat foods you enjoy while still supporting your reset goals.
