Throughout my fitness journey over the last 7 years I went from being skinny fit to strong fit. Not only did I go through a transformation physically, but also mentally. I learned how to train my thoughts based on my goals and it truly helped throughout any difficult and trying times. I believe in progress, not perfection. My goal was to build lean muscles and curves and I’m happy with my progress. Those results start with understanding how to take small steps that turn into NATURAL HABITS and then into RESULTS that give you a deep sense of well-being and accomplishment.

They are my own innovative techniques for WEIGHT TRAINING, CARDIO and HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING, and it allows you take me anywhere with you to reach your goals— the gym, home, traveling—to make it portable and yes, enjoyable.
