The Dental Physical Therapist

A 4 week full body program that focuses on mobility for the dental professional to reduce aches and pains and improve posture and longevity in the operatory.   This program is designed for ALL LEVELS of individuals who want to improve overall mobility and feel better in the operatory.  

The program requires no equipment and can be done right in the operatory!

As it was designed, each workout is to be performed daily for 1 week before moving on to the next week, however you can use any exercise anytime.  

If you find these movements irritate or cause problems STOP them.
