The Dental Physical Therapist provides a new path to longevity in dentistry—pain-free and strong. Led by Dr. John Besharse, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, CSCS, NKT1, CEAS we offer online strength programs designed exclusively for dental professionals, virtual or in-person lunch & learns at dental clinics, CEU seminars, virtual or in-person lunch & learns for colleges of hygiene & dentistry. Backed by physical therapy expertise and advanced neuromuscular training and certified in ergonomics assessment we deliver evidence based strength and posture education and results. John owns In Motion Physical Therapy and In Motion Performance Lab an outpatient sport physical therapy clinic and sports performance clinic respectively. He has a deep passion for education, biomechanics, kinesiology, and helping individuals achieve the unachievable in health and wellness.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to purchase equipment?
A resistance loop band is recommended however if you have a resistance band at home already you can use that. The program is designed to be performed in the operatory throughout the day when time allows - time needed to perform ex's 10-30 seconds each.
