Phase 2 Overview: "Strength Surge" - 6 Week Workout Plan Welcome to the "Strength Surge" phase, where we shift our focus to building lean muscle, enhancing strength, and toning your body over the next six weeks. Through a combination of resistance training, functional workouts, and specialized exercises, you'll sculpt a physique that radiates confidence and vitality. In this phase, we will continue with the familiar structure of 3 lower body days, and 2 upper body days, 1 cardio + abs day. However, we are adding an additional lower body day to further intensify your lower body training and maximize muscle development, a total of 3 lower body days. This phase is all about challenging yourself to reach new levels of strength and endurance. With a carefully crafted workout plan, we'll guide you through progressive resistance training, dynamic functional exercises, and targeted routines to help you achieve your fitness goals. Get ready to unleash your inner strength and embrace the transformative power of this program. The "Strength Surge" phase is designed to propel you towards a stronger, more toned physique, building upon the foundation laid in Phase 1.
