Welcome to the "Strength Surge" phase, where we shift our focus to building lean muscle, enhancing strength, and toning your body over the next six weeks. In this phase, we will continue with the familiar structure of 3 lower body days, and 2 upper body days, 1 cardio + abs day. However, we are adding an additional lower body day to further intensify your lower body training and maximize muscle development, a total of 3 lower body days.
