Training Days Explanation: Day 1: Monday, Day 2: Tuesday, Day 3: Wednesday, Off: Thursday Day 4: Friday, Day 5: Saturday Off: Sunday (3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off, REPEAT) Let’s get to work.
