Designed by an IPF World Champion and Best Lifter, this program follows a proven structure with 3 focused training days per week. You’ll work through strategic percentage progressions, dial in your technique, and build serious squatting power with precisely selected accessories.
On day 3 of every week there is a top set and back downs. The top set is the first set given it is either a set of 5, 3, or 1 t(hat you are given percentages for). So you would do the first set and then do back down at given RPE.
For Ex: W1 D1: 1x5 @ 77.5% then 3x5 @ RPE5
