ABOUT THE SQUAT PROGRAM

Ready to put up the biggest bench of your life? This 11-week squat-only peaking program is built to maximize your strength and push you into competition—or PR—shape. Whether you’re prepping for the platform or looking to break through a plateau, this is the plan to take you there. Designed by an IPF World Champion and Best Lifter, this program follows a proven structure with 3 focused training days per week. You’ll work through strategic percentage progressions, dial in your technique, and build serious squatting power with precisely selected accessories. On day 3 of every week there is a top set and back downs. The top set is the first set given it is either a set of 5, 3, or 1 t(hat you are given percentages for). So you would do the first set and then do back down at given RPE. For Ex: W1 D1: 1x5 @ 77.5% then 3x5 @ RPE5 What you get: • 11 weeks of detailed programming • 3 training days per week • Percentages, reps, and sets laid out clearly • Accessories that build your glutes, quads, and hamstrings • Programming based on what actually works at the highest level Whether you’re a competitor or a strength-focused lifter, this peak is meant to deliver. All you need to bring is consistency and effort. The results will follow.
