Best ways to achieve max results of the program? - Impeccable nutrition regime that consists only of wholesome natural ingredients
- Get proper sleep (8-9 hours a night is a must)
- Drink the daily recommendation of water
- Make sure to allow muscles time to recover
How to schedule the program? -You will train with weights 5 times per week.
-There is 1 day just for cardio as well as 1 off day
