Todays workout is chest & biceps with some cardio tossed in.
It’s great to zone in one one or two body parts. I definitely felt this workout later on in the day!

The 4 sets of 15 min runs added on an extra hour to the workout which I didn’t have time for. I just added a 15 min run at the end. Love the addition of cardio!
