I’m having trouble making sure my form is correct but I’m not sure how the instruction could be improved because that’s really good. I’m guessing that as long as I’m feeling it through my glutes and not my back or knees that I’m correct? That information would probably be helpful if included during the instruction ie this is where you should feel it that’s where you should not feel it, etc. to a certain extent that was addressed, I just wanna make sure that I’m doing this correctly
