Is there an alternate way to do the bridges? I found that my shoulders were tight and it was difficult to even get close to the right position because of it.

Great videos; felt it in my glutes when I had the DreamBand, but struggled with feeling it in my quads and some lower back on the second video. Trying to be intentional on consciously activating the glutes; slowly getting there.
