With so much to choose from, we know it can be a little overwhelming.  In this video our Chief Fitness Officer will walk you through the three programs best suited for beginners, and how to decide on what's best for you:

1.  Master the Machine:  For anyone new to The DB Method (even if you have experience working out), this is the one-stop place to learn the concepts, form and proper engagements to get the most out of squatting with The DB Method.  It's a 7 Day program, but if you're just getting started you can take your time and work at your own pace.

2.  Jillian Michaels Rehab & Recovery Series:  If your new to working out, or haven't worked out in a long time, or suffered a setback that's kept you from working out, this was designed with you in mind.  Jillian will gently introduce you to fundamental movement patterns to help you get moving again and set you on a course for long term success.

3.  Master the Method:  Once you've been through Master the Machine, or Rehab & Recovery (or both), the Master the Method is an excellent beginner's journey to exploring the larger system behind The DB Method.  Building on squat strength we introduce other aspects including  core, posture, upper body work to create a basis for all of your fitness goals.
