Iāve been Training/Weightlifting for over 5 years of my life. Its a burning passion of mine ever since i was a kid. I have coach kids basketball teams, ran many fitness programs at recreation centers, & worked one-on-one with many clients to help them with obtaining a healthy lifestyle. I also come from a basketball back ground, recently over the years i have gotten into weight training. I am a (100% natural) Athlete. I will be sharing my nutritional guidance, my workout programs, and workout techniques that have helped me reach my potential, so you too can maximize your potential in the gym and get you the results that you want; whether thatās building muscle, shredding fat, or just becoming a stronger, healthier version of you.
