I have been super happy with the 12 week program from paige! I have never felt so confident, strong, and healthy than being on this program. I have struggled in certain areas of my body for years, but with Paigeโ€™s program I have been able to accomplish that. I also feel more confident in the gym and have LOVED the workouts, as they push you but also allow you push yourself to put more weight on or do an extra rep. Hi, I'm Paige Tewsโ€”a fitness coach, mom, and business owner. My passion for strength training began early and deepened during my Division I Soccer career at Utah State University, where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. I have also recently become a NASM CPT. Since then, Iโ€™ve used my knowledge and experience to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
