Before you jump into my programs I highly recommend going through the series to help you better understand the app, choosing programs, and other frequently asked questions.
This will help you better understand how to navigate your new training program.
This depends on the program.
My Strong(h)er program is a gym-based program designed to be completed in one area of the gym (no running around everywhere).
My Daily Movement Series and Posture program are designed to be completed at home.
If you read my descriptions, watch my intro videos for the workouts, and listed close, I will explain what equipment you need and any alternatives you can take if needed.
How do I find out what equipment I need for a session?
Have a quick look at my Intro video for that workout. You can also swipe through the exercises listed for that day.
Note: bands can be used in place of dumbbells and dumbbells in place of barbells for the most part. Sometimes in the exercise description I list the regression. That is another option for you.
