Welcome to my daily movement series videos!
This movement series has been designed for you to kick start your day with five short and effective minutes. This series can be done in the comfort of your home regardless of your level of experience.
For equipment you will need a Physio band/theraband, a broomstick, a 3 foot long foam roller (or rolled up yoga mats or a towel), a lacrosse ball or tennis ball, a peanut, and a comfortable spot in your home to complete the sessions.
Please do note for those who have limitations due to various joint injuries, limited range of motion, or osteoporosis, I give cues for modification.
I also try to tell you if an exercise is inappropriate for you.
