I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me? I recommend Starting with My Posture Revolution OR 5-Minute Daily Movement Series to get started. These both offer the opportunity to start building the habit of exercising without crushing yourself!
From there, try my 50+ Fitness program. The right side of the screen has the modified version while the left side of the screen offers an advanced variation. Start SLOW and build GRADUALLY!
I've never exercised/haven't exercised in a long time. Always check with your doctor before beginning a new exercise program. Once you are cleared by your doctor that it is 'safe' to exercise you can more appropriately set goals.

Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! I have a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require barbells and cable machines. Thereβs something for everyone β regardless of equipment β to help you feel better than you have in YEARS.
