A rehabilitation program to take you safely through the first 6 weeks of postpartum – whether you had a c-section or vaginal birth. We focus on rebuilding your foundation (deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, back) as strong, or even stronger, than it was pre-baby to set you up for a symptom-free life of being strong and confident in postpartum.
For moms who want to properly rehab + rebuild their foundation from the jump in postpartum (you can start as early as 1 day postpartum on this program) so they are able to live in postpartum, symptom-free (no leaky bladder, painful + heavy pelvic floor, ab separation or ‘mom pooch’, low back pain, etc)
Show up as often as you feel able to – we start by focusing solely on daily walks, mobility and healing and rebuilding the deep core/pelvic floor work. We put a lot of emphasis on daily movement because I know how hard the early days of postpartum can be physically AND mentally and feel there are so many benefits to movement at a time that can feel hard and overwhelming.
