My name is Tazh Wilding, and my message to you is that you’re stronger than you think. At a really young age I was inspired by an unhealthy upbringing to do what it took to live a healthier life. Over time, I ran into all the difficulties you could expect to encounter along the way utilizing whatever information was available. That drove me to go to school for nutrition and pursue my career and love for fitness and strength. After 10 years working as a performance coach and sports nutritionist I realized that what matters most when growing your fitness is building the strongest you. Changing your body comes along with that. I also realized that there were so many voices in this industry telling people what to do, but not really teaching them what to do. To build a strong life, you need a strong body, and to build a strong body - you need clarity and understanding. So here I am strong friends, here to help give you clarity on how to build the best and strongest version of you. And I’m so grateful I get to be a part of your journey! We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
