Coach and Trainer

With a BS in education (Phys. Ed and English), I decided that I would better fulfill my desire to teach by refraining from public education. I earned my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Credential shortly after graduating college and worked with a startup until founding my own company—EBG Training—in the college town I live in. My passion for fitness can only be matched by my love for my country and the people around me. Education is truly my calling. My mission is to build up the people around me and give them the education they need to get the most out of their life through fitness and discipline. I take training seriously. I sacrifice my comfort for the betterment of mine as well as others’ lives, and I’m proud to do it. In my two years as a trainer/coach, I’ve had NOTHING but positive reviews and at times raving reviews from clients of all ages and walks of life. When people want serious training and a trainer who cares enough to drive their clients to be the best version of themselves—they come to me.
Goals
My program is designed to make you the most bad*** version of yourself possible. Everyone should be strong, powerful, lean, and capable — ready for anything life throws at us. If we train for the hardest scenarios, we will be able to handle the worst possibilities. You will learn how to lift with maximum effectiveness, become stronger, faster, leaner, and more muscular — but if you follow the path closely enough, the mentality gained will mean more than anything else. You elevate with us.
Training Requirements
Aside from a few workouts that are specifically BODYWEIGHT ONLY, which are great if you don’t have access to a facility or equipment… You will need access to a facility with a wide selection of weight training equipment including free-weights and cable machines. Additionally, there will need to be either an indoor space or an area outdoors to sprint, animal crawl, and push weighted sleds.
