Who are these workouts for? - Someone familiar with the gym and ready to challenge themselves.
- If someone is a complete beginner, adjust the reps/sets/etc to fit your level. Everyone starts somewhere!!
What do I need to participate in this program? - You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment. A battle rope is a huge plus. If no battle rope (or whatever else), get creative! Shadow box with weights, do mountain climbers, etc. The work CAN be done even if the exact equipment is not there.

How many days should I work out in a week? You get out of it what you put into it. With these 5 workouts, you can do them back to back with no rest day in between. I recommend doing all 5 within one week, with the 2 off days scheduled in according to your personal schedule.
What if I donβt have a specific piece of equipment? I will usually have substitutes. But if I donβt at that moment, get creative or google it! And please give me feedback so I can address any regularly missing pieces of equipment for you or others!
