About this guide

The guide is broken down into three separate categories, making it simple and easy to follow: 1. Warm ups/ Mobility 2. Form breakdown/ Common Mistakes 3. Drills Each exercise has video demonstrations and detailed descriptions. I have designed this guide to allow you to move at your own pace because learning a new skill is personal and unique to each person. For example: Let's say you need to work on your flexibility before diving into the drills. You can prioritize your mobility and master that before moving on. On the other hand, if you've got the flexibility down but struggle with body positioning, you are able to jump ahead and focus on form work. I want this guide to cater to your individual needs so you can perfect your handstand!

    Hello! I am so glad you are here:) My name is Taylor Peterson. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I have 4 years of experience training clients in person as well as online. Fitness has truly changed my life and I cannot wait to share my passion with you in hopes that it transforms yours as well! I got tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I saw. So I decided to make a change. Building up the courage to go to the gym was not easy at first. I felt lost and out of place. That is why I am here. I want to take the guesswork out for you. I want you to feel confident and empowered with each and every workout. Whether you are a complete beginner, or have a bit more experience in the gym I have something for you. As my approach to fitness has changed over the years, so has my training style. I like to dabble in a little bit of everything from handstands, to weightlifting, to plyometrics. It keeps things fun and exciting. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey I cannot wait to workout together!
