About the program

Each week this program will include 4 gym workouts (2 upper body days and 2 lower body days), 1 mobility day and 1 sprint or endurance day. The gym workouts will incorporate both strength and plyometrics. My goal has always been to help you find joy through movement all while finding your inner athlete. My Hybrid Athlete program does just that. It is designed to start with less complex movements and gradually increase difficulty level as the weeks go on to assure you are seeing growth. Each week will have a focus on progressive overload. By the end of this program my goal is for you to be moving better and more efficiently than you ever have before!

    About Taylor Peterson

    Hello! I am so glad you are here :)

    My name is Taylor Peterson. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I have 4 years of experience training clients in person as well as online. Fitness has truly changed my life and I cannot wait to share my passion with you in hopes that it transforms yours as well! My mission is to help women gain confidence and strength through movement. Now let’s talk about how I got here. Growing up I struggled with self confidence. I got tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I saw. So I decided to make a change. Building up the courage to go to the gym was not easy at first. I felt lost and out of place. That is why I am here. I want to take the guesswork out for you. I want you to feel confident and empowered with each and every workout. Whether you are a complete beginner, or have a bit more experience in the gym I have something for you. As my approach to fitness has changed over the years, so has my training style. I like to dabble in a little bit of everything from handstands, to weightlifting, to plyometrics. It keeps things fun and exciting. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey I cannot wait to workout together!
