My name is Taylor Peterson

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with four years of experience both in-person and online, fitness has truly transformed my life. My mission is simple: to empower others by helping them discover confidence and strength through movement. Growing up, I struggled with self-confidence, battling dissatisfaction whenever I looked in the mirror. Stepping into the gym for the first time was scary; I felt completely lost and out of place. That's why I'm here—to remove the uncertainty so you can feel confident and empowered in the gym, whether you're a complete beginner or more experienced. My approach to fitness has evolved over the years. From handstands to heavy lifting to plyometrics, I love exploring different approaches to keep things fresh and exciting. What is the cost of the app?
Following your 7 day FREE trial. You have the option to pay monthly for $14.99 or upgrade to annual for $99.99 In the long run you will end up saving money if you do choose to pay annually - if you break it down you are only paying $0.28 a day!! Just throwing it out there ;)
I'm a beginner, is this app for me?
Absolutely! I have created something for everyone. I offer beginner only programs that put an emphasis on easing you into the gym. Starting with lower weight in-order to ensure we have perfect form before moving forward. Once you have mastered this program you can try one of my more challenging programs!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
My programs will require you to have a gym membership. If you ever come across an exercises that requires a piece of equipment that your gym doesn't have, feel free and message me and I will give you an alternative exercise.
What programs do you offer?
Within my app you will find primarily athlete programs, as well as full body, my weekly workouts, Core and Stretching/ Mobility programs. These will be updated regularly!
