I can’t believe I did 30 wall plank handstands. Those were killer. Still cannot do a plank push-up so I modified.

I love That the program keeps changing and adding new exercises! I could not do the tuck entry to handstand though. I just cant reach my legs and hips up instead of back. Do you have any tips? 😊
