I had to modify those planche push-ups but I am feeling stronger. I think I’ll get my handstand by the end of this! Not bad for someone about to hit 40 in 2 weeks!

This killed me. 😮‍💨 it was great but I definitely had to substitute some of the exercises with the ones from weeks prior because I still wasn’t strong enough to do the exercises listed here. 🥲I think I’m going to go back to the first two weeks until I feel strong enough to do the rest. I FEEL MYSELF GETTING STRONGER THOUGH. YEEYEE
