Another killer workout! First time trying tiger bend pushups and could hardly get back up 😂 had to modify those... hardest exercise on my triceps ever. Definitely going to keep trying them. Any advice for people with terrible compression/pancake abilities that can't lift up in straddle sit? I did L sit instead for that one. Thanks for the awesome drills!

I feel like the beginner handstand program is too easy and advanced program too hard. 😅😥
Can I just scale the harder moves?
