Would be nice to add some more accessible (easier) modifications to those straddles. I don’t think mobility is all about fake it till you make it :)
Also, I’d love to know what makes you choose 15 seconds threshold for the stretches.
I’d love to see a bit more clearer path to “achieving mobility”, not random mobility videos.
