Very to the point which I like! Thank you.

That was such an amazing tutorial! I am curious though, will there be modifications for machines? For example with the lat pulldown being on a machine, if we don’t have access to machines is there an alternative or modification for this? TRX? Or just barbells? I don’t have a gym and I only have barbells and a TRX at home.

So helpful!!! I’ve noticed I haven’t done some of those tutorials correctly for years ☺️
