That was such an amazing tutorial! I am curious though, will there be modifications for machines? For example with the lat pulldown being on a machine, if we don’t have access to machines is there an alternative or modification for this? TRX? Or just barbells? I don’t have a gym and I only have barbells and a TRX at home.

This is the first time I’ve signed up to something like this and feel like I can do it! My hypermobility causes me a lot of issues with pain and discomfort especially in my knees and back, so working on mobility is a priority and you make it feel like I’ll be able to build my strength
