Hey! There is some confusion with instructions on this and some other of your exercises in Calisthenics when it comes to pull-ups/chin-ups! The text and the video do not always match so its unsure which I should trust :)

Another great leg workout! My legs tire out quicker than my arms, but I’m sure this will help with that! :)
