Love your workouts, V-snaps are beyond me at the moment… I modify by not lying down all the way but going down on my forearms (if that makes sense). I’m trying to build a baseline of cardio fitness by running 3x a week so going to add these ab sessions to the end of those :) Hopefully I can build a base level of strength so I can do your other workouts too ^_^
