The TDL BULLET PROOF PROGRAM is a blend of strength, mobility, core work, and conditioning.
Program Overview:
The training program is on going.
You will have a main movement, accessory movement(s), and a conditioning piece of some sort. A huge focus will always be core work.
Main movements will stay the same anywhere from 5-8 weeks & after that it will change to another focus.
Pending on your personal goals, you can choose to do the all the conditioning or not, but highly recommend to do
