Aim to increase weights with each set, with each week, whenever you can safely with good form. Track your weights to be sure. Movements should be slow and controlled.

FULL LAUNCH 1/1/23!! Fitness has always been a big part of my life, but it wasn’t until I had my son in 2013 that my passion for pursuing my potential took on a greater meaning. I quickly recognized how when I took better care of myself it helped me be a better wife, mother, and human. I wanted to help other women with that too. I have competed in the NPC Bikini bodybuilding division and placed top 5 in my first 2 shows, 1st place in my 3rd show, then qualified and competed in Nationals. I really enjoyed competing but have been putting my focus on motherhood, coaching, and running 2 businesses and helping my husband with his. A few of my other hobbies include hula hoop dance, shuffling, trail running, and enjoying life with my family!
