Will the workouts change every week?
No. It’s important that you work to get stronger at better at these movements . You will have the same routine for 6 weeks and work to get better each week.
What equipment will I need?
I recommend getting a yoga mat, and a dumbbell or kettlebell. If you have a bar to hang from this would be great to advance some of the exercises.
Should these be my only workouts?
Totally up to you! I recommend using this challenge to supplement your weight lifting routine. It’s okay if this is what you choose to spend your workout time on or using it to supplement any program you’re already doing.
