About the program

This workout guide is developed for those that want to add a fatigue element to their training. Doing so familiarizes your body with reaching muscular failure and achieving a muscle “pump”. This program calls for you to use a weight load that allows you to achieve the indicated number of reps in each set—but no more! Progressive overload is key to muscle growth, so as you progress the volume or load will increase. Be sure to maintain control in the eccentric (lowering) portion of each rep!

* The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
How will I get the best results?
* Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover *Ensure a proper warm-up before starting, and a proper cooldown to help prevent injury
