- Hang from a bar and focus on activating your core
- Tuck your knees up in a controlled manner
- Lower with control and repeat

Hanging knee tucks

- Start in a push up position with a dumbbell placed underneath your left shoulder.
- Grab the dumbbell with your right arm and pull through placing the dumbbell under your right shoulder.

Dumbbell Plank Pullthrough

- Place your arms extended by your sides 
- Raise your legs until you reach 90 degrees
- At the top raise your hips off the ground

Reverse crunches

- Begin in a seated position with arms holding a med ball and legs straight out 6 in off the ground
- Begin by bending left knee, bringing it towards you, while circulating the med ball around the outside of the leg back in. 
- Repeat with the right leg.
