How to get the best outcome of the program?
- 6 Workout days - 1 Recovery day Make sure you are eating clean, but allow yourself a “cheat” meal on the weekends ✨ Fasted morning workouts are great for burning more fat.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You can use body weight only, but if you would like to increase intensity, I recommend: - Heavy resistance band loop - Heavyish dumbbell set (I use 8 pounds) - Light dumbbell set (I use 3 pounds) - Heavy resistance cable band - Sliders (can also use towels or something that can slide) ✨ All of these can be purchased on Amazon
