I founded the passion for fitness after a traumatic injury, tearing my ACL. Learning became a discipline, and from the knowledge gained I put to practice. From the combined sports, and my self-taught principles, I reshaped my perspective of, “never being the athlete I was before.” I used my 6months of physical therapy to learn more about why and how this happened. I trained myself on isometric movements, and introduced speed, agility and quickness drills into my regimen. This was only the comeback, and it made me hungry for more.
Soon after The Hybrid Method was created. With all the different aspects of my training coming into one massive conglomerate of exercises, it transformed my body. The combination of compression runs, capped with functional movements and calisthenics has led to the best results.
My focus here is to provide you the best results in a healthy and enjoyable way. We will cover different aspects of fitness such as functional movements, calisthenics, strength training, and endurance training. This training format will provide a foundation to reinforce each individual muscle group, and prepare you for any fitness event.
