What’s up guys! I’m Tay and I’m super excited you’re here to work out with me! After college baseball, I struggled with my weight and self confidence until I decided to take my health into my own hands. I jumped into fitness, and discovered achievable, sustainable ways to build lean muscle and drop body fat — and keep it off. Once I experienced this change in my own life, everyone asked me how I did it, and I knew I needed to help others get there, too. For the past five years, I’ve been helping people crush their fitness goals.

I’m not just here to show you workouts, I’m here to motivate you to reach your full potential through fitness. With my training plans, you can expect to lose fat, gain lean muscle, and increase your cardio endurance.

My workouts can be done anywhere, any time. No matter if you’re in a gym setting or training at home. If you want to level up your home workouts, grab some light dumbbells, resistance bands, and weights mini hip/booty band. Can’t wait to train with you! We’re in this together!
Goals
My playbook will help you build lean muscle, develop strength, drop body fat, increase mobility and flexibility, along with developing great technique. I develop the workouts to challenge you. My goal is for you to maximize your full potential through fitness.
Training Requirements
My workouts can be done in a gym setting, at home, recreation parks, or anywhere that you have free space. I frequently post workouts and programs for both options. No equipment is required to train with me. However, depending on your fitness level, for some home workouts I do recommend resistance bands, mini hip/booty bands, and light dumbbells to increase the intensity of the workouts.
