What's the difference between old & new TWT App?
If you're an OG Training with T App member, you know how amazing all the follow along workouts and challenges are. Now we're upgrading to a platform that is more member friendly for you! You will have direct access to me on the app - click on direct messages. New workouts weekly = gym + at home New challenges Healthy Recipes
I'm a beginner, is Training with T App for me?
Absolutely! I always include modification for all of my workouts especially if you take any of my follow along classes. If it's your first time here I suggest checking out the 7 day strength - gym program or my 14 day mini reset.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends what workouts or challenges you are doing. If you have a gym membership, you will follow along the gym programs If you are at home, I will have workouts that have no equipment required and equipment such as dumbbells, mini bands and stepper.
I'm a member on the old TWT App, what happens now?
First and foremost, thank you for being a TWT App member! The old TWT App will completely shut down Dec 17, if you don't cancel your membership. It will automatically cancel for you and you can sign up for this app with this new link! If you have an annual membership you will receive an email from us for your transition :)
