About Tatiana Lampa

Tatiana Lampa was born and raised in Queens, NY and currently lives in sunny South Florida. Tatiana has a degree in Nutrition & Exercise Sciences, a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. She is also the founder and creator of the Training with T App and Move Better program. Tatiana started her career as a fitness professional almost 10 years ago in NYC and specializes in helping women decrease back pain with strength training and pilates. Tatiana has trained hundreds of of clients worldwide and worked alongside many fitness brands and magazines such as Women's Health, Health, Good Housekeeping and many more.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
