      Faith, Fitness, and Nutrition

      I grew up a gymnast and competed all the way through college. Soon after graduating, I started CrossFit and went on to compete at the CF games as an individual in 2016 (15th) and on a team with CF Mayhem Freedom in 2018 & 2019 (1st, 1st). It was during this time that my passion for physical fitness blossomed. I’ve had the privilege of competing in a lot of different sports: CF, weightlifting, marathons, triathlons, gymnastics, etc. As I’ve grown, I’ve evolved. I still understand the value of exercise, but I train now for optimal health. My focus is to help the everyday person trying to build healthier habits by focusing on the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. As a Jesus follower, you will also see faith spread throughout my page, as well as, workouts, recipes, nutrition content and more! I own a nutrition coaching company called Resilient Wellness, born after spending most of my teenage and young adult life struggling with disordered eating and body image issues. I know first-hand how challenging the healing process can be. I'm here to give you support, guidance and the proper tools to make real progress towards your health and wellness goals.

      It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
