This is a complete program to help guide you to that transformation you are looking for. With online training programs, it is up to you at the end of the day to keep up the intensity. The pace you choose to perform this program is entirely in your hands. Self-motivation is key. We are not physically there with you, therefore, you are in control of your own results. The harder you work, the better the outcome.
