If you are looking to build LEAN muscle and TONE up, this program is for you! This is my classic 4 Week Home Program, with a 5-Day Workout Split, with 2 Lower Body, 2 Upper and alternating weeks with a Booty Pump or Full Body. Prefer a 4-Day Split? Complete days 1-4. You can see as much progress with 4 days, it's very dependant on your goals and your fitness level. Please listen to your body and take rest days as needed. You will also see Warm Ups and Cooldowns- DON'T SKIP THESE! They are just as, if not even more important than the workout itself. If you have any questions, need any modifications, please don't hesitate to reach out to me! I'm here for you every step of the way.
