If you are looking to build LEAN muscle and TONE up, this program is for you! This is my classic 4 Week Home Program, with a 5-Day Workout Split, with 2 Lower Body, 2 Upper and alternating weeks with a Booty Pump or Full Body.
Prefer a 4-Day Split? Complete days 1-4. You can see as much progress with 4 days, it's very dependant on your goals and your fitness level.
Please listen to your body and take rest days as needed. You will also see Warm Ups and Cooldowns- DON'T SKIP THESE! They are just as, if not even more important than the workout itsself.
