Make time for a short activation warm up session before each run and a quick cool down stretch afterwards, as well as a full length class designed to improve your performance and enhance your recovery. You’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, improve your strength, mobility and flexibility, stabilising your joints to prevent running related injuries.
  • CLASS 1 - Pre Run Warm Up Stretch - 8 minutes
  • CLASS 2 - Yoga For Runners - 50 minutes
  • CLASS 3 - Post Run Cool Down Stretch - 10 minutes
