Simple and relaxing strength and balance practice. Very enjoyable practice. I able to feel the benefits from the longer holds of the poses! This suits my style of practice very well!

Lovely slow restorative practice! Perfect for end of the week practice. This practice makes me feel very open and relaxed. I really feel my mind and body connection deepen during this slower style of practice
