It was great! I took some face to face classes with Tamara in 2016, in Worsley. Summer that year I moved to the USA and did yoga with some other instructors. Currently I live in countryside. No yoga studio here so I did my practice at morning for few years but as I’m not yoga teacher I missed many important asanas. My right hip and generally right side is very tied.
