Truly magical! This was the most effective exercise I found in the bandhas classes, and the best for the mula bandha ever.

Today is day 1 of taking each bandha class in the mornings (previously I would do one per day). I’ve noticed today as I started I had my head full and was challenged in my focus. The first class I took this morning was the anxiety and fears meditation. One thing inside that box has been so heavy on my mind especially at the start of the bandhas. Gradually that fear I pulled out of the box has transformed. I was having a clear statement as to what this fear is and how I would explain it to the person involved when the time comes. It is no longer a fear but a knowing of self and my intentions.
